Find your 1.5 Liter engine

1.5 Liter Engines: Chevrolet’s 1.5-liter 4-cylinder engines came in naturally aspirated and turbocharged form and didn’t begin to be put into production until 2015. These engines were primarily identifiable as Chevrolet Volt engines, Chevrolet Malibu engines, and Chevrolet Equinox engines.

• L3A - Naturally aspirated version of Chevrolet’s 1.5L engine for sale. It featured direct injection, a compression ratio of 12.5:1, and a horsepower rating of 100 hp.
• LFV - This was the first turbocharged variant of the Chevy 1.5 engine. This engine had a much higher horsepower rating at 163 - 169 hp.
• LYX - The LYX is virtually identical to the LFV it just had a slightly different ECU tune and was only used as a Chevrolet Equinox engine.
