When you order, a core charge is collected upfront and held as a refundable deposit. Return your old engine in acceptable condition and that charge comes straight back to you. No confusion, no surprises, just a straightforward process that protects both sides.

Return freight for your old engine core is included in your shipping charge. What you see is what you pay.

Returning your original engine (the core) helps us keep remanufactured engine costs low for every customer. We've made the process as effortless as possible. Once installation is complete, give us a call or send a message, we'll coordinate a free core pickup and handle the return shipping entirely.

A few details worth knowing:

• Core charge is collected at the time of purchase and refunded upon return
• Core returns must be scheduled within 30 days of delivery
• If you need extra time, just reach out, we work with you, not against you
• Returning your core in acceptable condition is required to receive your refund and maintain your warranty coverage
• Used products do not require any core return.

Every remanufactured engine ships via commercial freight, properly palletized and secured to arrive in the same condition it left our facility. Flat-rate pricing means no surprises at checkout and no guessing what delivery will actually cost you.

Shipping details worth knowing:

• Flat-rate delivery applies to commercial addresses and local freight terminals
• Residential or non-commercial locations without a loading dock or forklift require a $99 liftgate service fee
• Most in-stock engines reach their destination within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays
• Tracking details are emailed automatically once your engine ships

We strongly recommend inspecting your engine at the time of delivery, before the driver leaves. Any visible damage, missing components, or packaging concerns should be reported immediately so we can step in and make it right. Getting your engine to you intact and on time is part of the job.

Every remanufactured engine sold through Reman Engine comes backed by a warranty covering internal lubricated components. Terms vary by unit, and we'll be upfront about exactly what applies to your engine before you buy.

• 3 Years / Unlimited Miles for qualifying commercial-use vehicles
